At project kickoff, field assets were validated and classified by criticality, including PLCs, HMIs, historians, and engineering workstations.
A Purdue-aligned zone and conduit architecture was then implemented. IT/OT boundary rules were rolled out gradually to protect production continuity.
In the final phase, incident visibility and alert scenarios were improved, reducing lateral movement risk and shortening decision time for response teams.
